Great comment on #Russia and #Wagner to put it in perspective for my fellow Americans on this side of the pond.
Aric Toler @AricToler Hard to understate how insane this is. Rostov has over a million people, Russia's 11th most populated city and a military hub. It's like disgruntled Blackwater vets seizing San Diego against little to no resistance.

@ppatel Rostov is also in the south of Russia, which is a slightly different Russia than Moscow. Hence, potentially, the lack of resistance! I would not celebratethis! :)
