Is it just me or does every actor in a CBC audio drama sound like ... well, a CBC radio announcer?
in reply to David Goldfield

Don't get me wrong: I appreciate the CBC's contributions to radio drama. Btw, are they currently producing any modern radio drama today. And while I'm on a rant I sure wish they'd release Johnny Chase, Secret Agent of Space so I could get episode 9. Just saying ...

@Peiress @Thumper1964 Don't feel badly, most of the radio dramas, as well as comedies, came out before my time, as well. My dad got me into them when I was ten and I've been into them ever since. I was a bit too young when Zero Hour came out but I loved Radio Mystery Theater in the '70s, as well as all of the other dramas that came out around that time; Alien Worlds, the Star Wars dramas and a bunch of others. There was also some OTR being played on some local radio stations in Philly.
