🔵 paved the way for hosting more than 4 million refugees.
🟡 organised financial, humanitarian and military assistance, reaching over €88 billion.
🔵 delivered about 100,000 tonnes of in-kind assistance through #EUCivPro.
🟡 set up Ukraine Facility to deliver another €50 billion in the next 4 years.
🔵 opened accession negotiations with Ukraine.
