Here’s an update from our local police dispatch radio. Someone requested a welfare check for a blind individual who appeared to be hitchhiking down the highway. Thankfully, the officer called out on dispatch for this particular incident stated that even though the individual was blind, he can do what he would like, and this doesn’t Meet the requirement for a welfare check. #Thank youOfficer. #Inclusion.
