#AndroidAppRain at #IzzyOnDroid today brings you 18 updated apps. Unfortunately, 3 of them now need multiple anti-features (had none before), so take a closer look before you install those updates:

* Dhaaga
* OSS Card Wallet
* OSS Document Scanner

The developers have been informed and hopefully roll that back with their next release, so we can remove the anti-features again.

@Gianluca Details are outlined with the AF description. It was multiple apps, so I don't know which one you refer to – but in all cases it were Google servers. One app had InstallReferrer added (Playstore connections), the other two the Google Billing Client.

The OSS * apps. They were buggy nonetheless. I just kept them to monitor progress. Will uninstall them now.

"accident" already confirmed for the two "OSS" apps, they will have those dependencies (and thus also the anti-features) removed with their next release 🥳

"accident" also confirmed for Dhaaga. Here it was Play Protect's "App Integrity" with the Installer Check¹ being activated for the gplay build flavor injecting the stuff into all build flavors (thanks Google). Dev will remove that again with the next release.

¹ that's the thing popping up a warning if you install the APK "not from PlayStore" prompting you to "only install from PlayStore" ("thou shalt not have other sources but me") 🤷‍♂️

Fixed now for OSS Document Scanner: for 1.13.7.113 you can ignore the anti-features; they will be removed with the next sync 🥳 The OSS Wallet should follow suit soon.

Same for Dhaaga: issue solved, troublemakers gone, AFs removed with the next sync.

⇧
