What do they even mean Italian passports are "usually fake"?? Like what? 🤨 Who even are the shitheads managers teaching flight attendants to behave like this?

Also, are these 2 hostile companies the only one that do flights from your country to the UK? Can't you go there flying with a normal one? Or are the others all too expensive?

As a UK resident it pains me to read that. Hopefully it's just a handful of turds giving us a bad name. I'm sure when you get here you'll have a fantastic time and your family will be delighted to have you.
