Since it' s an aggression war, it's end can be decided mainly by the aggressor... Others can and MUST guarantee the aggressor that no mercy will be given to the responsibles.

He's not wrong. The difference is *why* they decide to end it. Victory? Economic breakdown? Running out of loyal soldiers? Death of Putin? Shelling of Moscow? We have to given them options.
