Is there any way to set up automatic cross-posting between 2 separate Mastodon accounts (on different instances)? All I can find is tools that let you cross-post to other platforms like Bluesky, X, etc. 🤔

I can only think of maybe 2 specific use cases myself, so perhaps no one's bothered to make a tool for this... Or maybe I'm missing some really obvious solution? 😄

@fastfinge Ahh right, I've actually used some of those RSS bots before, to get cross-posts from Twitter. Not quite what I'm looking for in this case, I think, but I might look into RSS options a bit more anyway.
And I was thinking specifically about Mastodon so that part wouldn't be an issue! 😄

@fastfinge No, I've just made a new account on a different instance because this one is closing down soon. But I'm not quite ready to move yet, so I was wondering whether there's a way to automatically post everything to both accounts for a while (since my current account & all its posts will be gone once the instance shuts down).
