The problem is that you can't really replace Android without seriously limiting yourself when it comes to device choice (LineageOS helps, but not that much), and even if you do, F-Droid is no match for Play Store, not even close (yes, I do use F-Droid). So these two alone would take some serious dedication to "deGoogle", probably way beyond what most are willing to do. So you're still stuck with Google there.

And let's not even talk about replacing YouTube...

But yeah, for the rest, there are certainly valid options.
