Baking #bread yesterday, I made a couple of small boules which I thought would be fun to use as bread bowls for #chowder.

Being a holiday, with stores closed, I managed to find some canned mussels and have put together a chowder based on those. Hope it won't taste weird.

Haven't done the #breadBowl myself before. Last had one a visit to Nice. Hope there's no trick to avoiding leaks! I assume I just hollow it out a bit and fill 'er up. Fingers crossed.

Oh boy, that was tasty. The flavourful mussel chowder worked very well in the bread bowls.

The emergency backup bowls I had on standby weren't needed. lol
