Due to a power outage in the data center, combined with an unexpected UPS failure, there's been some physical damage to the server hosting the microg.org website and emails as well as the microG F-Droid repository. Recovery could take several days.
@norbert yes, there's a mirror on GitHub: github.com/microg/fdroid-repo, however it seems F-Droid only uses it to download the apk files, not to fetch the repository index, so if you had not added the repository before, you won't be able to use it to install microG.
If you're setting up a new phone, what you can do is to manually install the apk from GitHub and add the repository using the URL raw.githubusercontent.com/micr… which should then be able to provide updates once the website is up again.
