Hello Fedifolks, I have a #trans question

@SallyChamness and I have a child (preteen, born female) that is identifying they/them/he/him for the past year

They are exploring top surgery when they are older but puberty is hitting them earlier than their peers.

So they are wearing sports bras for comfort and to feel more comfortable with who they are. But they want a binder.

For their age, is there any considerations we should have for physical development when getting one (rib growth, etc)?
