thanks so much for asking! Not sure if I have mind blowing insights and I apologize that they're a bit long. 😂 But maybe 2 of the biggest things that help me are:

1. Seeing tech as a positive thing that I'm in control of and can craft for a better life. I know this kinda goes against your post, but I don't believe in setting timers or viewing tech as toxic. Instead I try to think about each piece of my digital life and analyze the values and challenges they present and then decide what amount of space and energy I want to give them. I get to choose, they're not in control.
2. Also remembering that digital minimalism is a continuous process of refinement and exploration. I don't have to (and likely won't) have it all figured out quickly. In fact I've been working on digital minimalism for almost 10 years now and I plan to continue. I try to be thoughtful, sometimes I get overwhelmed and sometimes I need breaks, but I really value a focused and well built digital life so I keep growing and changing.
