@ozzie Could you try a different IP address, e.g. mobile data? If you send to hello we'll reply, but it might take a few days.

I did try with VPN enabled. But same result. I'll give it a go over mobile data.

Hi, just tried over mobile data connection. Still get the IP address blocked issue.

Hij Tutanota. I have solved the issue. It had nothing to do with IP address.
