Is it time for a Declarative #HTTP Spec Test Suite within the #IETF?

The proposal suggests it could be based on hurl: hurl.dev/

Hurl, run and test HTTP requests with plain text and curl. Hurl can run fast automated integration tests.

we just need a time machine to fix diverging implementations before we need to cope with them.

hurl.dev/ looks great for testing purposes, it would be great to get it in a standard.
