Cheats themselves use this level of access to avoid anti-cheat tech. Ergo, the only way to detect them is for the anti-cheat to have the same.
It is the inevitable result of the arms race.
I'm not saying that it's good or bad. Just, this is how it is. I do not want cheaters in my online games, they're pathetic tbh, so it is what it is.
