In the Netherlands #Signal is at the top of app stores. Seems a critical mass has been reached and groups (families, communities of practice) are now willing to make the switch. Good!
it still makes me uneasy that it's a centralized service with servers located in the US. I'd very much prefer Matrix. But it's still much better than what most people use now, so yeah, a win.
