This is what a night with the flu and high fever looks like in #Garmin data. My heart rate was 105-110 just lying in the bed. 🤒
The body battery chart, the data shows that the body was under extreme stress.

yup, that's huge difference. I kinda got use to check the stress level in the morning, to see how hard I can push during the day. I have to say, that it helps me get through the day and not be exhausted at the end of the day.

Have been there two weeks ago. (55->75)
Variable Heart Rate has also interesting values.
I had 18ms instead of 45ms.

Been there two weeks ago as well (the whole family to make it more challenging). Ibuprofen helped me get through the nights (it improved both HR and HRV, and sleep:) and later Olynth. It was quite bad for 5 days (and higher stress during sleep lasted ~1 more week). Hopefully you are allowed to rest:). Get well soon!
