Golden white sandwich loaf in a 1lb loaf pan. It's surprisingly consistent and smooth topped given that I haven't baked in a year.
Bread out of the pan on a cooling rack. There's a little tearing at the sides because I didn't slash the top. The sides are perfectly golden brown.
