OMG... Did someone try to call to czech vodafone? They replaced the automat controlled by number pressing by voice controlled one. It terrible. Outages are still occuring. After 3 calls we are slowly getting there: 1️⃣ We don't see any problem on your address 2️⃣ Oh I see regular outages on your modem. The modem is in bridge mode, isn't the problem on your side? I will send a technician to your home tomorow.
Then I persuaded my mum to call there as she is in different flat on different account with modem in standard router mode and to collect more reports. That finally made them look for cause.
3️⃣ No no one reported any problem on your address. Your neighbour called? Aha. Let's have look. Oh, there seems to be some outages occurring. Oh. It seems to be happening in whole street. Ok, sending technicians right now.
