This pissed me so much I called to client support and explained my frustration about still getting the bloat even I clicked I don't want to.
Operator was like "well ok, let's see. Yes, you have marketing enabled, I am disabling it now."
Me: "Are you kidding? I just clicked to disable them 5 minutes ago."
Op: "Calm down, I just disabled it"
Me: "Are you sure? I already disabled it several times myself."
Op: "🤷"
Me: "So I also want to report a bug in your system, the unsubscribe does not work..."
