@stepanI hate faggot cyclists. 80% of you think the rules of the road don't apply to you, and the other 20% think everyone should put up with your bullshit of blocking and disrupting traffic. Entitled faggots. The worst is when you ride on major routes where you can be maximally disruptive instead of choosing the nearly empty, endless country roads. We keep putting in bike lines so you faggots stop fucking with everyone, but no, you have to ride where there aren't any. So your entitled ass rides on a narrow blind corner with 20 fucking cars backed up behind you for 5 minutes, when you could just pull over for 20 seconds and let us get by. I hope you get wrecked. Zero fucks given.
in reply to ApexBoomer

@ApexBoomer You are just full of hate. I see. Hugs for you.

Btw empty country roads and bike lines are useless if they are not anyway near to my path between my job and my home.
I can also argument with why you drivers are polluting the road around my house, when we keep putting in so many motorways.

And for traffic rules: you are just posting it under a video where a car broke several traffic rules, well...

in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

@stepanCars now have catalytic converters and use cleaner fuels. They create very little pollution. In the USA, diesel cars are not common at all, unlike in the EU, so that dog won't hunt.

I have equal hatred for drivers that do not follow the rules of the road and do stupid shit. If I encounter a cyclist who isn't riding like a moron my hatred is substantially reduced. But sadly, the overwhelming majority on the roads here are total ass hats who believe they own the road just because they are a hairsbreadth away from annihilation. Fuck them.

You know which cyclists are far better than these ludicrous adults in faggoty Tour de France garb? Kids. They are more cautious and less entitled. They also are easier to forgive because they are fucking kids and don't know any better. You spandex faggots know better.

in reply to ApexBoomer

@ApexBoomer I will tell you a secret. Cars can try as hard as they want, but they will always have much bigger pollution they a cyclist. And they will also take much more space in the city.
in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

Sir, its not my fault that in the year of our Lord 2024 you've decided to ride a child's toy on a motorway. If you just chose an adult form of transportation this wouldn't happen
in reply to Honkarian, Primarch of the Emperor's Clowns

I see. "I have a car, I am now more than you. I can even kill you." Very grown up behavior.

in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

Correct. If you didn't ride your bike in areas specifically designed for motorized vehicles you wouldn't be in danger.
in reply to Honkarian, Primarch of the Emperor's Clowns

@ClownPrimarch Wrong. This road IS specifically designed to be used by cars AND cyclists. There is a additional stop line for bikes on traffic lights, there is a bike lane behind the junction. I am legally allowed to ride there and a car endangered me by breaking traffic rules.
in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

On topic - is it just me, or was it same (?) Bolt Superb like in one of your last videos?
in reply to Schmaker

@schmaker It was not. There is a lot of bolt cars in the evening a very often they are bad drivers.
in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

Look, all we want is common sense bicyclist registration, taxation and mandatory insurance.

Until then, die in a car crash.

in reply to WilhelmIII

Nobody is coming for you bicycle we just need to enact common sense laws. Nobody needs a bicycle that can operate outside of a bike lane.
in reply to Goth VaporeonI Peanits out for Peanut

@Dudebro @WilhelmIII Don't speak for everybody. You don't need bike and it's fine. I do, and I will happily use one. All I want is to obey already set traffic rules.
in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

But what you won't do is buy insurance and pay a road use fee like the cars you "share" the road with.

You don't need a bike. Take the bus.

in reply to WilhelmIII

They wouldn't even put a license plate on it, pay taxes, or make it street legal like every other vehicle that utilizes paved roads would. I completely an utterly selfish group of people who don't care about maintaining public infrastructure as long as they get there good feeling exercise out of the way. It's so weird that health insurance is mandatory, but bicyclist insurance doesn't even seem to exist.
in reply to Goth VaporeonI Peanits out for Peanut

I mean is it truly "sharing" the road if they wont even pay their fair share?

in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

Fine, then ride on unpaved roads only until you starting paying for the roads.
in reply to WilhelmIII

My pickup doesn't need paved roads either :02shrug: guess all offroad vehicles are now exempt from taxes.
in reply to Goth VaporeonI Peanits out for Peanut

I have a Honda Fourtrax. I use it around my property to tow my DR mower and my dump trailer.

It has neither registration, nor insurance, nor the mandated safety equipment like turn signals and brake lights that road vehicles have.

And because of that, I cannot ride it on the road.

Bicycles should likewise be banned until they meet the same requirements that cars do.

in reply to WilhelmIII

Why does a motorcycle need so much bling to be street legal, but a bike without reflectors at night is fine?
in reply to WilhelmIII

I say we put taxes on bike tires and helmets to aid in infrastructure maintenance. We could put farm exceptions in place however.
in reply to Goth VaporeonI Peanits out for Peanut

I'd like to see RICO charges against bicyclists that ride two or more wide on public roads.

With felony "endangering the public" punishments.

in reply to WilhelmIII

The crazy thing is that "cyclists" seem to be an American* problem. There are tons of bikes here in Mexico and everyone gets along just fine. Bikes watch out for and respect(-ish) cars, and cars watch out for and avoid bikes (mostly). Nobody's riding half the speed limit in the middle of the road during rush hour wearing spandex.

* And America's vassals, such as Canada and Australia.

in reply to gentoobro

@gentoobro @Dudebro @WilhelmIII Yeah. Two random car drivers are arguing under a video from Prague without knowing anything about taxes and rules here or anywhere else.
in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

I don't even own a car anymore and ride my bike everywhere. "Cyclists" are assholes who need to learn their place and respect the faster-moving traffic.
in reply to WilhelmIII

No, because I don't fucking block traffic like a "cyclist". Bikes are guests on the road and need to yield to cars.
in reply to gentoobro

@gentoobro @Dudebro @WilhelmIII 😄 You are funny. Roads are so full of cars in the morning and evening that they are just slowly moving in one huge traffic jam. This is the reason I am riding my bike to work. It's for me faster then car or bus.
in reply to Štěpán Škorpil

Oh man, I’m sorry for your bad bike experiences, but even more sorry about the Twitter-level anti-cyclist hate around here. It’s hard to do anything about the cars, but fortunately it’s much easier to block the idiots and keep a saner online place. Take care!
