I will add that the totality was wild. The temperature dropped precipitously and it became dark as night for 4 minutes. As long as there was still a sliver of sun, it was just a little cool and dim.

We also had shortbread cookies from our friend's mom, and took bites to match the eclipse's progress. That was the second best part.
