OK, I think it's time to share this question because it's really bothering me and need some external perspectives. Are there other scholars - possibly someone like me, really at the bottom of the academic pyramid - that are hesitant to sign pledges of solidarity with the Palestinian people because they feel somehow it can jeopardise their career? I am asking because I am currently not feeling safe in expressing my views and I wonder if I'm just being paranoid
