Airport bathrooms are now unisex. Just a long row stalls, but they're properly floor to ceiling walled in with a real door on each stall.

This is very much like the ones I've seen in EU

Honestly this is a net positive. They were forced to do this to make it safely gender neutral. We've wanted better public restrooms for years and this is the only way they were going to improve the design
