I don't know if that exists, but would be nice to have a Slack replacement (with channels, reactions, integrations and stuff) that would also be accessible. It's a huge endeavor for a single dev though.

@menelion Nextcloud Talk is the Slack alternative. Have you tried it?

@menelion @viktor One nice thing about Talk over Slack is that you can more easily have guest attendees in Talk, which is useful for sales calls or collaborating with people outside of your org, etc.
