#FractureSounds release Spotlight Piano for #Kontakt.
I’m happy to bring you a #playthrough of my favourite presets (not the entire library however).
I’ll show you the sounds I enjoy the most, and take you through almost all of the #NKS mapping, apart from an oversight where I forgot to discuss the microphones on page 1, due to the second page capturing my attention.

Along with my video, check out Chris Ankin's written review. He always does great work: https://kk-access.com/2023/05/16/spotlight-piano-emotive-scoring-grand-by-fracture-sounds/

Just bought it. Can't wait to check this baby out! You can never have too many pianos.
in reply to Day Garwood

OK, looks like I can't yet - I have a locate button, but no install button. All righty then.
in reply to Day Garwood

@daygar You should have an install button, it's downloaded and installed via Native Access.
in reply to Andre Louis

@FreakyFwoof Yeah, that's what my email says. But nope, nothing there. There's an additional options thing, but that only has release notes and installation paths.
in reply to Andre Louis

@FreakyFwoof And the install all button is "unavailable", according to NVDA.
in reply to Andre Louis

@FreakyFwoof Tried that as well. Loaded it first time, took about five minutes to get passed the "loading products" screen, so wondered if that had anything to do with it. So I restarted, got to the main window much quicker, but still nothing.
in reply to Andre Louis

@FreakyFwoof Um, wow. That actually seems to have done it. I have two updates that weren't showing before as well. Very strange.
in reply to Day Garwood

@daygar Just call me free NI tech support. Have been that for the last 7 years anyway :)
No, I don't mind.
in reply to Andre Louis

@FreakyFwoof Thanks for that. So simple, yet I would've never thought of that.
in reply to Andre Louis

@FreakyFwoof You say you've been free support for 7 years - have you thought about taking it further? Like actually teaching others to get this stuff up and running, how to find decent libraries etc? I mean I know you do your videos and stuff but I'm guessing you don't get paid for those.
in reply to Day Garwood

@daygar I don't get paid for videos, no, only if a company gives me something like the spotlight piano ahead of time, so that I can make a video for release day once the embargo has been lifted. Otherwise I just do what I can.
As for teaching, I teach Logic which isn't applicable to you, and in the case of Komplete Kontrol and what have you, there's an email list and WhatsApp group for VI users where all this sort of thing gets discussed on a daily.

OO, #FractureSounds mentioned this video in an email newsletter to customers, along with other videos as well but still, that's exciting.
