@cordova5029 @FluidEscence @BorrisInABox For me the absolute worse default metronomes are Reaper's (it's the wrong way round), and Mac GarageBand's (it's uncomfortable on headphones).

Have you ever considered a new series, called #ExpiredBySound? It's all the sounds you hate.

@jcsteh You cannot hear it in a mix! I'm using the Yamaha PSR one at the moment, pillaged from some soundfont or other. It actually caused some very bad resampling issues one time when I was using ASIO or something, it sounded like ZOH or maybe linear, so I had to resample it. @KaraLG84 @cordova5029 @FluidEscence @FreakyFwoof @BorrisInABox

@x0 To be fair, while I'd probably find default metronomes in some other DAWs easier to hear in a loud mix, I would also find them very distracting. It's a tricky balance.
