Wow, the level of integration with Logic is awesome! I suspect the integration with other DAWs is not as comprehensive?

@jcsteh I know others did too, but two features I kept raising with the NI team over many years were automatic parameter mapping and the ability to control non NI effects. It looks like they are finally here! :)

You said this maps to third party instruments. Do you know if instruments like splice instrument from spitfire and vaults by the crow hill company will work, or does Komplete not map them.

It's *nothing* to do with Komplete, as I demo in the video, I had a *logic* piano loaded. Anything that has parameters, *anything*, it will show up on the keyboard. Simple as that. If you can think of it, the keyboard will see it. Audio tracks included.

@michaeljohann_ You could add Guitar Rig to an audio track for sure, then the keyboard would map the effects to the buttons in-order in which you load them.

Okay that is amazing! that is really all I can say I never thought we would get this level of accessibility! I thought what we had for mkII was going to be as far as it would get.

@michaeljohann_ MK2 is Komplete or nothing. Outside of Komplete, no further accessibility. Even the settings in the keyboard don't talk, so if you accidentally screwed up your velocity curve, yes I've done this countless times, needed to use OCR on the keyboard screen or get sighted help to reset it. No longer.

I will do my best A lot of the musicians I know are either sighted or just starting out with music. The issue for people starting out is that yes this is a big game changer, but I think the price of the MK3 keyboards is quite a barrier for people just starting out making music.
