What do you think of the S61 keys compared to the A61 keys? Fairly sure you've used both. I've never seen an S anything.

@simon I play an S 61 and have since it came out. I've barely played an A series board but when I did, the keys just aren't a patch on the S series.

@simon They're fine if that's all you know, but I would not choose to play them, having played S for so many years.

Thanks. That's good to know. I could probably throw a rock at Mastodon and hit someone who could make use of an old A61 keyboard, and your tutorials and demos of the S series stuff make me realize how far behind mine really is.

I'd definitely consider getting an s49 or 61 if there were financing plans or payment plans of some sort because paying $649 or more at once would definitely be quite the insane idea at the moment. Doing it overtime like most American companies would at least make the purchase a little more reasonable.

@rooktallon Also, I'm pretty sure they do have financing but don't quote me on that. At least look at the page to be sure.

Yeah, it appears they do have financing. I checked. Definitely gonna consider getting something from Native Instruments just because I know I'll be able to pay in installments. Might buy Maschine even at full price because they offer financing on their stuff.
