:) agree with you 100%. We only have an app because we can't use the touchscreen very well, being blind. But it grinds my gears when they're doing server maintenance and I can't use the thing.

In terms of mitigation, I can rerun the last cycle or a quick wash from the dial without sighted help, so it's not as bad as I'm making out. But the very idea of needing to communicate with a third party just to load laundry is ridiculous.
