In Apple-speak this mean

- No network
- Time is invalid: can't validate SSL

And I'm missing probably some other.

First case was definitely the translation.

the error message autocomplete when searching. It's quite a common one.

When a manager tells you there is no budget to fix some software, believe them. Because the Trillions in Apple's coffers aren't enough for this.

The tl;dr is that Apple fucked the internet recovery for Sierra, it can't mount it. Like they NEVER tested it. There is a manual install process that involve using `curl` to download an image to mount and run.

This because the "most recent" recovery is too recent.
