I don't know if it's a scam, but I expect what they're doing is telling the pharma companies they MUST provide the lowest wholesale prices for TrumpRX so they can proclaim they have the best deals and then Trump can say he did better than Obama

(It's definitely a grift as Trump will profit from it too)
