Dear journalists: as of this afternoon, twelve official triers of fact decided unanimously that beyond a reasonable doubt a thing did happen. While they can certainly be wrong, it’s probably ok to stop twisting yourself into knots using the word “allegedly”. We had a whole trial to figure this part out.
