@NVAccess I use MSFS 2020 with the PMDG 737. There is a tablit that we can access with control+9. There is an item called flightbag, which with sighted help, I can get golden cursor a saved position, and while I can get the mouse to move to the position with GC, NVDA cannot click on the item in the simulator.
