I've been practicing #guitar regularly using Captrice for about a month now. Mainly focusing on alternate picking and legato. Yesterday was the first time I was able to manage 8th note triplets at 200 bpm. I have always struggled with alt picking at high speeds. But yesterday it felt like some thing got unlocked! Still need to work on clarity and control.
