@ZBennoui That's true, they didn't explicitly, but the ruling allows them to move forward with it. I am encouraged that there is already a class action lawsuit in Maryland and a request for emergency injunctive relief to halt it. What's more frightening is what else it allows them to proceed with.

Yes, and obviously not trying to sound snarky or anything, I just want to make sure people have the correct information. I agree, this is a pretty insane ruling that is going to have severe consequences, but it's not over yet. Ultimately, I don't think these people are going to win, they are too unpopular and too many people don't approve of what the administration is doing. What we saw in New York this week really cemented my belief that we will get out of this, the American people will not be subject to some totalitarian regime at the whims of one man.
