Thank you for posting about her passing. I may not have known otherwise. I looked up her bio and now have a few books about her added to my digital library. I've always intended to read more about her.

Why would people not like her work? That's silly.

@EdenLinnea I thought that... people didn't know her too much. chimpanzees, you know, kind of a niche specialist, I'd say. I'm passioned by interspecies communication, so I knew her like from my teens, but I was not sure she was also a hero for many other people.
