Any recommendation for a fair and good #cloud? I don't want to pay for #dropbox anymore, I don't want to host nextcloud on my own anymore, at least for now. Many friends of my host a cloud, but I don't really trust this, I want a save and secure space, don't need a ton of storage, as I don't have anything huge to store for now, just some audio files, maybe text files, 50 to 100 GB are surely enough.
And I **need** an **accessible** client. Also a reason why I don't go to some provider who hosts nextcloud for me, the client is not 100% accessible, and I don't like this.
Would appriciate your recommendations.

Just use good old FTP/SFTP then. 🙂 Seriously, it's hard to find anything better than NextCloud if you don't want to pay for the big providers like Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google. I know a few people who use PCloud, but afaik their client was even less accessible than NextCloud the last time I tested it, not to mention their crappy web interface.

@radiorobbe Can I add that to my explorer, like a drive?
Also then I'll probably still need some server myself, or?
I also thought about getting a small home server and attaching my 4TB drive, but I dont want to do port vorwarding shit with the rooter of my fam.

Yes, Windows can handle at least FTP connections as network drives, but my suggestion was rather a joke.

@radiorobbe Oh lol, wellp then. I'll have no other option than nextcloud XD.
Just have to see whats the best way of hosting it, like getting that Hezner thing you have, or putting it up on some kind of server.
