A family member took my BrailleNote battery to Batteries Plus, where they can make custom made batteries, however, they said that the BrailleNote battery was too complicated to make. Does anyone else have thoughts on how I can get this taken care of? Thanks! #BrailleNote

Me and a family member are working on trying to replace the battery in my BrailleNote, the one with KeySoft 3.07. Does anyone have a copy of the original service manual PDF (bnser212.pdf) as opposed to the txt version? I have the txt version and we might be able to make it work but the PDF one has the pictures to show where the various connectors are on the board. Thanks! #tech #TechRepair #BrailleNote
