Our so called "leaders" can bring in hate laws, but laws don't create hate, they haven't stopped people killing each other.
Ignorance develops/creates hate.
Let's spend money on education which develops what MLKjr called "beloved community".
This would be a good step towards creating the partnership culture we need so much.
