Find me the cheapest dedicated server with a monthly cost of no more than $200 Canadian per month with the following specs:
- Must be located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, or Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Must be connected via 10Gbps, with a data cap of no less than 50TB per month.
- Server must be of at least DDR4 RAM generation, without exception
- 128GB RAM minimum, 256GB or greater prefered
- 2TB NVMe SSD
- Whatever configuration of hard drives possible that provide at least 20TB of usable capacity
