Supermarkets were the first to realise data has value so initially offered free stuff (via points) for giving them data. Then they realised people are thick and give data to other companies for free so they changed it to 'we will punish you if you don't give us the data'.
@jscholes This box of noises is reasonably sure the public probably will find other things to be warned about, and will soon forget the lack of bassoon continuity.
