In case you were still wondering, no, the islamist despot of Turkey, Erdoğan, has never been (and is not) your ally.

I may have been born Turkish but my solidarity is with the Kurds and their struggle for an independent, democratic, and egalitarian society. Sweden and Finland should be applauded for their support.

What's your thoughts on Israel doing harm to Palestine. They are brutally torturing Palestine peoples. Everyone standing with Ukraine, why not supporting Palestinians? Because they are muslim?

What does Turkey demand from the USA?

Precisely because these countries were not in NATO, the # had parked the PKK people in # and #.

Turkey is only using the # as an excuse to say no directly. Rather, it is about lifting sanctions for acquiring # defense systems and rejoining the # program, acquiring modern # fighter jets and that the # and # don't keep coming up with some new punitive measures.

So # is about erasing all repression.

This puts the option of regime change through a "colorful #" and the triggering of a two-front war by # and # into the distance.

Such must be the goals of Turkey!
