I'm looking for a privacy-focused #email provider with IMAP support. Preferably email-only provider (without calendar or cloud storage integration). No weird spam filtering system, zero-access encryption for data at rest, OpenPGP for encryption, 2FA, custom domain support, no personal info required for signup and accepts payment with cryptocurrency. Plus, it should perform well on the assessment at internet.nl/test-mail.

Migadu scores well. They have a basic CalDAV offering that doesn’t support accepting/rejecting invites; their primary focus is email. Deliverability is good if your email address isn’t too new, though deliverability improves when you put it on a website or social media. IDK about cryptocurrency payments but I think they support cash in the mail.

I think that the best you can do on Purelymail is better than what a scan on purelymail.com will reveal. I know you can set up DKIM, for instance.

Some tests are iffy. For example, nowadays email is primarily done over IPv4 for IP-reputation-scoring. In the distant future, I imagine that IPv4 will be used primarily for email while everything else will have moved onto IPv6.
