The #LibreOffice Viewer for Android is back on the Google Play store, with a bunch of improvements! It has experimental editing support too – but to make that ready for everyone, you can give our community a hand to finish it: play.google.com/store/apps/det…

Amazing news !!

Any plan to make the app available on F-Droid ?

in reply to LibreOffice

Aaaaand it is installed.

Can you recommend any open source tool to photograph into PDF or a LibreOffice document for Android? ...

in reply to LibreOffice

Noted. The first thing to do on the weekend will be to update #LibreOffice software on the Desktop. Keep up the good work.

As usual, the update process was smooth. All the very best for your future developments. Looking forward to the next major update.

Special thanks for this. Missing this badly on mobile. Good to know that it's back on the Play Store.

I downloaded the Android apk and tried it. As the fallback font and the default font of the app is Noto Naskh Arabic, which is right-to-left writing language, Myanmar Unicode Rendering went wrong.
Myanmar Unicode is a right-to-left writing abugida. Not only this app but also the latest version of Collabora Office for Android has this bug or problem. Please remember that on Android, we don't have Control+A to select all and change to Noto Serif Myanmar easily. Please reuse Liberation Serif as the default and fallback font.
I think it's pharmacokinetic side-effect of oil-producing Arabic-cetered developing to counter BRICs.

@conjurenation We're volunteers working hard to give you (and the world) a free office suite. You didn't provide any details about what you think is "broken", but if you're not willing to help the volunteers who work so hard to give you free things, I guess there's not much we can do... 😕

@conjurenation Again, we are volunteers working very hard, with very limited resources. That's not a "lame excuse", and is insulting to the people who work really hard to give you a free office suite. Have you considered helping us?

Is there any particular reason why the f-droid version is behind the play store one?
