I would try out PageKeeper if it were possible to only store the data on my phone and use Syncthing to share it with my computer.

@Skivling You could ask them if that works. Sync is optional, so if you don't want "cloud" you don't have to. You could also host your own server. If file-based sync is possible you'd need to ask the authors. Or find out yourself: as I wrote, by default sync is off IIRC – which makes sense as for sync you'd first need to configure which server to use.
