Generally a good list, though I object to Authy being on the list; mainly due to the data breach in 2022, being closed-source and making it difficult to export your TOTP codes.

I would recommend Ente Auth instead, FOSS, E2E encrypted backups/sync, easy imports and exports of TOTP codes. Cross platform apps on mobile, Mac, Windows and Linux as well.

Ente Photos can also be considered as an alternative to Google Photos.

As an alternative to Google Keep/Evernote, Notesnook can be considered.

E2E encrypted with cross platform apps. Good feature set with affordable regional pricing. Free tier available as well.

Just so you're aware, this exact image was posted in october as well. with lots of suggestions that should be changed but none of those changes have been made (and some of these aren't up to date much)

also: consider adding @kagihq Translate to the Translate alternatives

A worthy goal, but are some of these true 1:1 alternatives? Vimeo for YouTube, for example - Vimeo has a fraction of the content and targets a much different audience and use case. If the content I want to see is on YT and not on Vimeo, it's not really a practical switch. But the real sticking point for me is the smooth interoperability of Google products. I just don't think I could give that up, unfortunately (and they know and exploit that fact).

OSMAnd used to be good but it's crazy unstable the last few years and at this point it always crashes before I can even get an address entered...OrganicMaps seems like a better choice.

My opinion of this list with chess.com analysis annotations.

Definitely missing: Session, Threema, Obtainium, Cryptee, Organic Maps, Notesnook, Mullvad and Brave Browser, Brave Search, Startpage, 1password, PeerTube, VPNs, aliasing services, OS alternatives, Proton, ente, self host.

This is the same list you posted a few months ago. You didn't change anything for the better. Proton Calendar still beats you guys afaic (paid Tuta user). Imo the list is outdated and a bit misleading.
