I have written a Python script that takes my Mastodon feed and turns it into #teletext pages, and I consider this time well spent.
Teletext "newsflash" page superimposed over a TV picture (actually a fake picture of analogue TV static), covering most of the bottom off of the screen. Page is headed "SUB-TOOTLES ON PAGE 888" and contains a Mastodon post dated 13th December at 17:08: "I'm sure tinkering with settings on the SQL server, after ten minutes googling the problem, will have no deleterious effects whatsoever. *whistles nonchalantly*"
