Episode with Peter Capaldi, teenage heartthrob. The Doctor and Clara are on a posh turn-of-the-century train car, wearing a fine black tie suit and gold cocktail dress. A man with an excellent little mustache and captain’s hat is speaking to them, and asks, “So, what are you a doctor of?” The Doctor replies, “Now, there's a question that's never asked often enough.
